A complicated relationship

Anyone living with Crohn’s knows about the importance of nutrition. But how does the way we see ourselves and our bodies factor in? Well, it’s complicated.

But thankfully, two Crohn’s diet experts—Brett Cavalli and Tamara Duker Freuman—spent some time discussing cooking with Crohn’s, and we were there with video cameras in hand.

Brett is a Crohn’s patient, chef and restaurant owner, and Tamara is a registered dietitian who works with patients who have IBD. Brett and Tamara talked about a number of topics, which are borken up into 3 chapters for your viewing convenience:
